About
About Asinov
Asinov is a school in Renens, Switzerland that trains people to deploy humanoid robots. The program is flexible and self-paced: a course, a project, and a one-week capstone immersion in Shanghai. It is individualized to the time you can commit, but runs about 12 months on average (roughly six months of course, six of project). The first generation starts here.
The premise
You don't need to build robots. You need to know how to work with them. The bottleneck is no longer engineering; it's deployment: spotting where humanoids create value and making it real. Technology matters, and people matter more.
The team
A small team builds Asinov.
- Benoît Dubuis Director
- David Vandenbrouck Co-Director
- Zhang Lei Executive Director, Sino Swiss Institute of Advanced Technology (SSIAT)
Who's behind it
Asinov is built in partnership with Switzerland's engineering institutions and academic and industrial partners in China, including SATW, Fondation Inartis, Fondation Dalle Molle, 42 Lausanne and the Unitree Shanghai University Institute.
